I would like to find a case that invloves as little screwing as possible.. I'd like to just be able to open it up and pop things in and out. Any recommendations?

Most newer cases are setup for 'tool-free' setup, but there must be some screwdriver use.

Most of the hassle in physical installation is mounting the motherboard to the tray, which can be eased by a case with a removable motherboard tray.

I just ordered I-Star Nitro AX case, for example, which is both tool-free and has removable motherboard tray - though the tray is lift-out only, requiring removing PCI and video cards when installing/removing the tray. Full slide-out tray provides more convenience.

Pay attention to how easily the access door is removed, how easily air filters are removed, etc.

Here are a couple of good case-review sites:

Hope this helps!

I recently bought a Coolermaster Centurion 5, and it's mostly tool-less. There's no motherboard tray, but the drives and expansion card slots are all tool-less, and you don't have to fiddle around with any drive rails or anything. Just put the drives in, line them up with the front bezel, slide, and lock. The case is roomy enough for easy motherboard installation, so I didn't fins the lack of a motherboard tray to be a problem.
