looking to spend <$150 on it
the mobo would need to have:

-Nvidia Hybird Power
-Future compatibility with AM3 processors. I know AM2+ boards are supposed to be, but I wana be sure all the thermal power requirements are sufficient.
-ATX form factor
-OCing capabilites (optional)

so far, with some basic click work... i kind of fancy this one:

any more suggestions would be welcome :)

There are no DDR3 boards yet because there are no chips with a memory controller for it yet. The first round of Deneb chips will be AM2+ and will only support DDR2. If you want DDR3 you'll have to wait for AM3 boards to arrive in Q1 09. That said a good 4GB of high speed DDR2 is plenty for today and a while to come.

okay,
i've made the necessary adjustments to my requirements based on what's available (thanks to above posters).
any suggestions from any one?
