Well I had posted a week or two ago about WCing a single GTX285, and it went pretty well. Now I think the modding bug has bitten again. So, here comes the new scenario....
I'm looking to WC both my GPU and CPU (maybe even the NB/mosfets if possible). I currently have the following:
-Swifttec MCP-350 with XSPC res top
-XSPC RX-120.1 Rad
-EK-FC285 GTX
Everything will be running on either Noctua or Scythe pumps. Currently the Noctua fans I have are a little louder than I would like, the goal is quiet first then heat later. Would I be able to cool an i7 920 (maybe overclocking later) and my GTX285 (maybe SLI sometime), on the XSPC 120.1 Rad and an XSPC 120.2 rad? The loop would be Res/Pump>120.1 Rad (mounted on the back)>120.2 Rad(top mounted)>CPU>GPU>Res/Pump. Or if possible Res/Pump>120.2Rad>CPU>GPU>120.1Rad>NB>Mosfets>Res/Pump. The motherboard is an Asus P6T V2 Deluxe. I'm okay with a Delta of about 15C, but I'm worried will the MCP350 be enough for the loop and not over heat? Or should I look for a new rad and pump setup > which leads to a new case?
