I'm just recently started interning at a video production and have been tasked with organizing their digital office system. (they're system has several issues, including only 250mb of mail space, which is currently configured for pop3)
I'm in the process of converting them to Google Apps. I'm looking for a way to EASILY (and maybe automatically) backup their google docs data.
I'm trialing backupify, but the archive system doesn't retain the file name nor folder structure, which for me defeats the purpose of the system.
The backup software/service doesn't have to be free, but a trial is a must (I need something to be able to pitch to the VP/CEO)
Any suggestions?
Thank you!
