I am looking to buy a new PC for work. I want the smallest footprint possible with the ability to run 2 monitors. What should I be looking at?

I am totally fine buying used or refurb. Anything with the performance of an e8400 or better. I've been looking on Ebay but really haven't found anything I like. Thanks for the help!
 
Is work paying for it? What's the budget? Any other needs besides two monitors, such as a certain amount of storage, optical drive, etc.? Are you willing to put it together yourself? How small is "small" for you?

Example: Intel NUC $180
Chassis Dimension: 4.59" x 4.41" x 1.55" with 1.1GHz dual core mobile Sandy Bridge. A 1.8GHz dual core Ivy Bridge with Hyperthreading is available for $100 more. This has dual HDMI output for dual monitors up to 1080p. This uses notebook RAM and mSATA SSDs.
