looking for a small case for a server

I am going to build a Server 2003 box, and keep the server in my closet, so I am looking for a small case, with AT Least 3 bays where hard drives could go - a mix of 5.25 and 3.5 bays is fine, as long as it has 3 minimum.

preferably a 120mm fan in there too...

i found this case, but I am not willing to pay 60 bucks for it...

prefer ATX... but mATX will work too.
