Looking for a simple 2 bay RAID solution

Hey Guys,

I've done a little bit of research and I'm trying to find an external 2 bay w/ RAID 1. Could be USB 2.0, 3.0, or eSata. So far the reviews on models (sans digital) are not promising, I'd love for this thing to be solid, it's going to hold all of my family photos etc. Any recommendations?

Will you be using this as a backup ? Keep in mind that it can die killing the two drives in it.
