looking for a server tower mod

I have a file server int he house for my HTPC files and need to get a good low-noise case with plenty of drive bays. I t has to hold minimum 5 hard drives, and I like to keep a space in between them. the CM stacker is perfect, but lots of money for a box I am sticking in a closet. appearance is not important, and a power supply is not needed. I will mod it to hold 120mm fans if I have to becuase noise is an issue.

any ideas?
 
heres a pretty cheap case that im sure you could mod to take 120's and it has room for 6hdd's off the bat, and more if you want to put them in the 5 1/4 bays.
