Looking for a recommendation on two builds

Build one:

Phenom II X4 965
HyperX blu 8GB DDR3-1333
DVD Burner
XFX 6850 (with two 6-pins)
WD blue 1TB HD

Build two: (guessing this PSU might run more than $75)
* = adds-ons from first build

Phenom II X4 965
HyperX blu 8GB DDR3-1333
DVD Burner
*XFX 6850 CROSS-FIRE (with two 6-pins ea)
WD blue 1TB HD

2'nd Rosewill Capstone 550W

They're excellent units and best you can get with that budget.

If you're not in NA let us know where you'll be buying from(link/s to the shop/s in question).

Thanks!! I'll check out that Rosewill Capstone 450W. I usually shop Microcenter or New egg.

But on the 2nd build, it doesn't look like that PSU will have enough Connectors to run crossfire, won't I need 4 x 6-pin?

it's a high end unit, it comes with 4x PCIe connectors
