Looking for a really tiny ps/2 keyboard

Does anybody have any recommendations? I remember seeing a picture of like a 4" x 4" mini sized ps2 keyboard that had like really small keys. I think this would be useful just in case i need to boot from a CD again in the future. If anybody could help, I'd greatly appreciate it! :)
