Im looking for a cabinet like the one on this site but here in the states. I would like to find one thats a bit smaller in hight but with a similar look to the one in the pics. I want to be able to put in 2 pcs in it and if possible have like the 2 top racks spots be drawers. Just dont want to spend a ton on it.

xU = size. It's a linear thing, so, 2U is twice the height of something that's 1U, and 3U is three times the height of something that's 1U. In that pic, the switch, patch panel, and thing above the xbox are 1U, the thing below the xbox is 2U, the smaller server below that is 1U, and the larger one at the bottom is 3U. Just a word of caution, unless you can find one used, enclosed racks like that (with a door and sides) aren't relatively cheap.
 
Thanks for the reply Fox, would a 2U or 3U hold standard atx with like a Geforce8800? Looking for the slimmest features but enough to hold what Im looking for. I was thinking for the case something along the lines of this thats would hold 2 pcs and have a drawer or two. Prices are high but doable.
 
3U is the minimum size if you want to use full size expansion cards without a riser card. Even if you can squeeze one in somehow into a 2U, cooling would be abysmal.
 
The last thing I would do is buy a rack and ship it internationally. You are looking at $100+ to ship something within the US alone as it will most likely be done via freight and on a pallet. International shipping rates on something of that size will be over $500 most likely. Honestly, I don't think you really need a rack and would be better off spending $1000 on something else instead (you're looking at at least that much for a rack, 2 cases, 2 sets of drawers, and shipping).
 
I understand what you mean, so I guess Ill keep an eye out for a case thats like that but here.
 
Man that first pic is ballin, now I need a new keyboard...jk
But that setup that person has is damn nice.
