Looking for a quite PSU

Looking for a quite PSU for a Christmas present. He is going to be moving to a single PCIe 6800gt, AMD 3700+, and one SATA drive. Nothing fancy. He has a 800mhz Duron with a it4200 today. Quite is more important than stupendous power. Looking to spend around $100.

Got a fortron blue storm 500w in my box. Anything with less db in that range?
