im trying to move something from my taskbar to my system tray, or hell just hide it

i DO NOT want to minimize
i DO NOT want to be able to alt tab to it
i just wanna make it not show up in alt tab until i desire it to

im using a program that parses, and outputs to several logs, but i dont want 18 windows, nor do i want to tab through them to get to other programs, need them running, not minimized but not alt tabbable to
 
main thing about this program is, NOT TO MINIMIZE the program, just remove it from taskbar... and that program just minimizes to tray or desktop... main thing being it minimizes
