Greetings all.

I've been on the look out for a new VDU to replace my ~4 year old Plasma for over a year now but nothing iv seen cuts the mustard so to speak.

Basic specs for somthing i would be willing to buy would be as follows.

21:9 aspect
5k Resolution (5120x2160)
OLED
40-46" in size.
Goes without saying but it should ofcourse be 60hz or higher.

From there anything else is a bonus, i would really like G-Sync to be on that list but the more specifics i add the less likely ill find a VDU like it.

I keep an eye on tech news the best I can and have yet to hear anything like this, even from CES 2015.
So im bassicaly here asking if any1 knows of anything in the pipeline like this or better yet knows of a VDU currently out that has these specs that i may have somewhow missed during my searches.

I dont like LCD's so I wouldnt bother recommending any to me as they all have glaring issues for me, namely: grey blacks, color shift, poor viewing angles, poor color reproduction, ghosting/slow response time, and input lag.

Don't forgot to ask for a unicorn skin backpack to transport your "VDU" in :)

1. There are no consumer OLED monitors announced yet, only pro displays.
2. There are no 21:9 "5K" monitors of any kind, AFAIK
3. That resolution exceeds Displayport 1.2x available bandwidth (also HDMI 2.0) @ 60hz
4. 46" 'monitor'?

I'm surprised you didn't ask for a curved screen.
