looking for a mini tower atx case

You might want to try looking around for a used one locally; I've seen a number of these with ancient pentium-era systems in them, but not so many with newer hardware. I guess the limited cooling options are kind of a black mark these days...

I actually picked one out of a pile of garbage a month ago that looks to be near identical to the one you linked, barring the color and front panel.

Unfortunately, most "small" cases with the power supply sideways have extremely poor access to the CPU, memory slots and/or expansion slots - some or all of the slots are blocked by the power supply.
