Looking for a mini/micro server case

I seem to be having a really hard time finding this.
Essentially, I'm looking for an SFF case with THREE 5.25 external bays. No 3.5 required. Ideally would take a Flex-ATX, mini-itx, etc motherboard.

A similar formfactor to a ReadyNAS NV would be great, I just need a real motherboard in there that can run a full OS. The 3 5.25 bays will be used for a 5-drive SATA converter.

Any ideas? The Venus 668 came close, but only has 2 5.25 bays..:-(
 
There are a bunch of sff cases with (2) 5.25" bays and a bunch of mid towers with (3) 5.25" bays (Antec P150 ftw). Are you set on using a 5 in 3 HD cage or do you just need enough space for 5 drives? If the latter, there are plenty of cases to choose from.
 
Mod the Venus 688 so you can mount the 5-in-3. Not that difficult to do. See http://www.mashie.org/casemods/udat1.html .

I made one very similar to this using Mashie's design ideas here:

Looks very nice. Sorry to say though, I have never bent sheet metal, which I think is required for that mod....
How hard was it Teedoff? is cutting metal required?

Don't really need hot swap, I just need to be able to cram 5 drives into an SFF formfactor for a Windows Home Server (no RAID required. So far, haven't had much luck even there.
 
Thanks. There was some dremel work required on the chassis itself to make room for the drive cage. I also had to cut the fan inlet and exhaust using a holesaw. The front plate was completely custom milled by front panel express. There was no bending required.
