Thinking about building a SFF system that can keep up with some gaming.

I want to use a single video card, but would like some of the newer things like USB 3.0 and SATA 6Gb/sec.

I'd rather have i7 socket 1366, but maybe 1156 will do.

Doesn't seem like a lot of options now with USB3.0 and SATA 6.

Any suggestions please, or reasons I should go with different specs?

Oh nice. I might have to look into that. I keep telling myself I want a mini ITX but then a fancy new micro ATX board comes out... lol.
