Hey guys,
I have a Westinghouse TX-42F430S, which is a VERY sweet 42" 1080p LCD display. The reasons I'm happy with it? Well, it's pretty sizable, it has a very sharp image, the colors seem very good to me, and it has a very wide viewing angle.
While I'm happy with this display, I would like to pursue something larger, but not too expensive. If I gave you a budget of $2000, what sort of larger size display would you recommend?
I was looking at the $1300 50" Insignia Plasma on Best Buy's website.
I also saw the 67" Samsung LED DLP HL67A750, for just under $2k.
I would be using my PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, and PC (gaming mostly) on it.
I would probably end up repurposing my 42" LCD as my primary display for my laptop, which I spend most of my time on.
Value is the biggest concern to me, and as a Westinghouse owner, I'm not opposed to looking at "off-brands"! I do want 1080p though.
