I am looking to get a laptop for both college classes and to game a little bit. I don't want to spend much more than $1,000-$1,200 but always the cheaper the better. I would like to be able to play CoD4. 2gb Ram and a 15 in monitor are about the only requirements I want.

Any recommendations especially for black friday sales is welcome.
 
I don't know what you mean when you say "for college classes," but don't go for a 15-incher if you want to carry it to class. The few people I know who've sprung for >14" laptops dislike carrying around a 15-inch PC. I'd say if you're going to carry this thing to your classes, go for a 12-14" computer instead.
