I'm looking for a utility that will allow me slide my mouse Left, Right, Up or Down in place of pressing the arrow keys on my keyboard. In other words, a utility that will capture mouse movement and buttons and make the application (game in my case) to think I pressed on of the arrown keys.
 
It seems to me that what he wants is the opposite of mouse keys. Controlling the arrow keys with his mouse, not vice versa.

And no, sorry, I don't know any program like that. But I've never looked, so I wouldn't abandon your search.
