Looking for a home lab managed switch (Possibly PoE)

So, I know there's plenty of threads on this, but I was actually looking for a quick bit of advice from those in the know. I'm considering getting a "decent" managed switch for my personal use, wouldn't mind some extras more to play around with, and PoE could be useful in the future. Originally I was thinking that I'd just get a budget switch and maybe later a separate PoE one, but ran across an HP A5120-48 with PoE for $200. My inclination is that this is a decent deal, regardless of the fact that its obviously overkill for my uses - can anyone else comment on whether this switch would a) be worth using, and b) worth this value if I end up not using it and want to get rid of it down the line?

Thanks for the confirmation guys - if I do end up keeping it I already was planning on it being tucked in a closet in the basement to keep my audible sanity.
