I Am now a member of Geek Squad and need the ability to have info on my fingertips onhand plus be able to have compatibility with many oses from Windows 98SE and up plus MAc. Any suggestions ?

Whoa whoa whoa. It's either one or the other; either you're a member of the Geek Squad or you need info. You can't BOTH be on the Geek Squad AND have info, that's a sin.
