53C is not too hot for that CPU and your games are certainly not going to be dropping frames because of that temp.
Try again...
Then I'll just quote himXigmatek RVT-S1283 ($26 after mib) or Sunbeam Core-Contact Freezer for $40 at newegg.
AC Freezer 7 comes recommended, but at the current prices, the Xig is a better buy.
In a vertical case, the Xig will sit with the fan facing up or down. With the CoreContact Freezer, the fan will be facing to the rear of the case.

Temp were going 55ish, I had FPS drops in CS:S, removed the dust on the CPU, went down 53, no more FPS Drop. So ?
Blame something else then, knocking 2C off a normal CPU temp is not going to result in better game performance, its just not how things work.

QFT. A 6000+ can run stably with temperatures of over 60C, so there's absolutely no way that running one at 55C would cause FPS drops.
Does it help me ?
"Looking for a good CPU HeatSink"
No.

26.99$ after mir

It does help you somewhat, since you're addressing something that has nothing to do with your problem. However, it certainly wouldn't hurt to upgrade your heatsink. The model you linked to is actually the one referred to by the posters above, except they got the model number wrong (RVT is the prefix for Kingwin's model numbers; Kingwin sells a rebadged version of the HDT-S1283 with a different fan called the RVT-12025). The HDT-S1283 is an excellent cooler and will do a great job with your CPU.
