Looking for a good cooler for E8400

Hey guys, I just got my hands on an E8400 and I am wanting to OC it pretty far. I was wondering what would be a good CPU cooler for under $50. I am currently looking at XIGMATEK HDT-S1283
 
That ones supposedly the new "one to get" but there isnt really a consensus on that yet. For under 50 you might also consider the Tuniq Tower which comes with a fan.
 
I'm going to add my +1 for ultima90. It's right at the top of the pack as far as cooling performance goes and doesn't cost a fortune. You do have to supply your own 120mm or 92mm fan though. I recommend a 120x38mm fan, it makes a difference.
 
stock cooling can get you pretty far. If you've already tried that, then you can get a 9700 or similar on the cheap. Problem is, the more you spend on cooling the more distorted the savings becomes.
 
A lot of Ultima-90 people jumped on this thread... and I'm going to place my vote with the Ultima-90 also. :p
 
I think im going to try the HDT first and see how well it performs. If it doesnt do well then i will replace with the ultima - 90
