I'm looking for a controller panel that has a well shielded audio port, does anyone have a recommendation?

the higher end x-fi's sometimes have fp audio brackets that connect direct to the soundcard. my x-fi platinum had one but i think the card's shot

Did you find it to work well and not have electrical noise? A used x-fi controller might be a good idea.

I have used Creative Labs I/O bays with my sound cards since the original sound blaster Live came out 11 years ago. I now have a Fatality Pro card with I/O bay which has RCA jacks, large headphone and microphone ports on it as well. It has two optical connectors and is meant to be placed in an empty 5 1/4" drive bay. Of course it would be near CD and DVD Rom players so you would have to assume it would be shielded. Plus there are so many possible connectors on it that without shielding, would they not leak?

Try this:
