Looking for a economical 700+ watt PSU

Currently narrowed it down to 2 models, any recommendations?

I can't speak for the EVGA, but the Silverstone unit you have listed up there is a solid power supply. It's a very quiet PSU, and has plenty of juice for powering up a Ryzen 5 2600X with a GeForce 3080 Ti.

I haven't noticed any power instabilities.
