Looking for a descent 17" LCD

Well, my sister is looking to get a new monitor for her computer. She currently has a 17" Dell CRT that is getting ready to blow, haha. I am looking at 17" only because with a 19" I think she would have a hard time. She has a very small desk and has to sit relatively close, so don't want her to have to be searching the screen.

So here are the requirements:
1. $200 or less (if possible)
2. Easy on the on the Eyes
3. A Good Warranty (at least 2 years if possible)

I have primarily been looking at the Dell's.I have had a Dell 2005FPW for almost 2 years now and I love it. Likewise, I have recommended Dell Ultrasharp's to many of my friends and family and they all love them. But, they are a little pricier and I'm honestly not sure what else is out there.

I also did perform a search, but couldn't find anything related to the smaller monitors since everyone is going 20"+ for the most part.

you can do a search on newegg.com for 17" monitors and see which ones are the most highly rated. From my experience with LCD's the samsungs and NEC's have the best pictures. If picture quality is important of course.
