Looking For A Case

The P180 is a steel case as well so it'll be pretty much just as heavy as that Silverstone. Also from what I've heard working with it is not as easy as with other cases on the market. Did you check out the TJ04 Gloria yet? It's steel/aluminum, but because of it's small footprint it shouldn't end up as heavy as either the TJ06 or the P180. I would check it out, also you can replace the 80mm fans it comes with with some beefy 120mm fans. So far these are my recommendations for you.

Silverstone TJ04 Gloria
Cooler Master ATCS, Praetorian, Wavemaster

If you're looking for a tool-less case, you may want to take a look at the Coolermaster Centurion 5. It's got tool-less drive and expansion card installation, unlike the Ultra case you were looking at which uses drive rails. The Centurion has a sliding locking system for the drives, and it works quite well. I was able to install all my drives in under a minute. It's pretty roomy, and it's good for cable management too. The airflow is great since the front is a mesh grill, and the case has nice aesthetics. The only thing you may not like is the lack of a removable motherboard tray, and the case is also made out of steel so it's somewhat heavy. Still, it's an all-around great case.

tj07 silverstone price dropped on monarch. i'm not sure if this is a mistake or what. but 315 for retail black case it's well worth it

Why is the weight of the TJ06 an issue?
They are great cases (properly modified, of course).

WHats mods are you talking about?

I am heading to Frys tomorow, so if anyone can tell me how to lighten up this case with ' proper ' mods, let me know

The order of importance for me is light weight, toolless, and then removeable board tray ... A light weight tower would be ideal

If I can not find anything there, I will move to a light weight mid tower which should be easier
