Right now I have a 400w "came with case" thermaltake PSU (came with my Tsunami Dream)

What I'm running is
MSI k8 Neo2 Platinum
Socket 939 3500+ AMD 64
2 Maxtor 60GB SATA
XFX AGP 6600GT
Sony DVD-Rom DVD-R/RW
Corsair XMS Performance PC3200 1GB
Floppy

While I purchase this PSU I'm also getting a new Lian Li case, and possibly more ram. I want to be able to leave my computer on at night without worrying. Basically I'm just looking for brand suggestions as of now, and possibly particular PSU's too if you guys are feeling in the helping mood. My budget is on or around 70.

OCZ Powerstream 520
Seasonic S12 500 or 600
Other reputable brands:
Enermax
Silverstone
Antec (maybe....)
PCP&C
Fortron

There are more, I don't feel like racking my brain for them right now.

Well on he low side of your budget is the Xclio 450w. In the middle the SmartPower 500w (modular even). High end.....the Enermax 535w. Any of those tickle your fancy?

i'd recommend the enermax 535W like spectre said. it doesnt cost much more then the mid range psu's and its got plenty of power. your system isnt a real power hog so this can handle your system and then some.
