Deal is friend has a 4850 with cooler troubles. Could be fan, could be fan controller, kinda hard to tell with how it is acting. So needs replacing in either case with one that is either passive or connects directly to the PSU. He doesn't OC or anything, it is just a media PC basically. So lowish cost, passive cooling or PSU hooked fans. Space isn't a real issue, plenty of it.
