Looking for a 3D architectural demo

I'm looking for something to demo some low end video cards. I'm not really looking into pushing them, just enough to show a practical use.

A while back i came across a site that lets you download a floorplan walkthrough, like parks and shopping malls. Nothing fancy, it's just an architectural representative of what it's gonna end up. I've long since lost that program and the site, so i'm wondering if anyone knows of it or something similar.

The thing about it is that these kind of programs are also great demos for 3D stereo, you're not rushing around shooting stuff, just a realtime 3D demo you can put on a large screen.

Or heck, if there's a program that can run 3D Studio Max files in real time, that'll be great too :)
