Looking for a 27" monitor 2560x1440, with speakers, PIP/PBP, and HDMI/DP/VGA inputs

Yep. I'm looking for a pretty specific monitor. I live in Canada so I don't want to spend more than $450 CAD. Is there anything out there for me?

-Don't want 4K
-Don't want 1920x1080
-Don't care VA/IPS/TN or whatever technology if it has everything in the title
-Not going to game on it.
-Don't care about speaker quality
-Yes it must have speakers, I do not want to plug in speakers/headphones through a headphone jack
-PBP is plus, but optional, PIP is what I really want
 
I guess VGA is optional if there is are 2 HDMI ports along with a DP port (3 ports total).

That monitor is very close but lack PIP.

Also as a general note, to anyone, feel free to tell me that I can't find something like this in my price range. e,g, I know there are Asus Professional series ones, but those are like $900. Or if you find something that's out of my range, please post so I can set my expectations correct. That way I can look for used monitors using model #'s and figure out a good price.

True, sorry about that amazon tricked me (was listed with another monitor that had PiP). Not many 27 inchers come with PiP, Dell u2713hm for example comes with PbP but not PiP (also has optional sound bar).
