Looking for a 19" LCD

I'm not sure about this, as it is just a guess...

But, I would think that the refurbished LCDs and newegg.com were returned LCDs that had 8 or more bad pixels... Or am I totally wrong?

Possibly, they also come without any software, cables ect. I'd look elsewhere to buy a monitor instead of Newegg.
