Either of those should be fine. 1g unmanaged switched are usually pretty rock solid and don't cost much anymore. I've got one that locks up if the power flickers, but it works fine on a UPS. I usually don't get 5 port hubs, but I have 8/16 port versions of both of those and they work.
 
Yeah, unmanaged 1 Gb switches are pretty much a commodity now. Any should work fine, including the two linked. FWIW I usually go with the metal Netgear units (going way back to when they were a part of Bay Networks).

Paying a little more for a name-brand will usually get you better build quality and a better PSU (lower-priced stuff always skimps on the PSU IME).
