Looking for 3U Rack Mount

[SuperPhly]

I want to build 3U rack mount systems. Minimum drive space is going to have to be 8HDD's if not 10-12. I am thinking I can squeeze 3TB of data into a 3U for under $3500. Let me know what you think.

So far I have found this:

Chasis: $1,299.00

I want it cheaper though. Same sorta config. Any ideas?
