Looking for 2 fans

Anywhoo I bought a qpack and have it currently running, CPU is effectively 20C hotter. But I did dump the vantec tornado off of it and put on a cheapo light up fan. So anyway I'm looking for an 80mm fan that cools well, and is pretty silent. Im also looking for the same in a 120mm.

Also looking for a quiet hsf for a radeon x850xt agp. No watercooling please and the video card cooler cannot take up more than 1 extra slot.

i think the new artic cooling silencers are only 1 slot and they work great

I might try that fan undervolting thing first, if that doesn't work to my desire we'll see.
