I'm looking for a router that is capable of handling a lott of simultaneous connections. It doesn't have to have the most internal througput, just has to be able to direct packets from multiple wan sources efficiently. I do a lot of filesharing and nice nice to not have to be limited in the amount of connections that I can have. I use cable, is DSL a little better for what I want to do 6000/768? I would think that it would be but I'm unsure. Also, with NICs, what's a top performer with an onboard processor? Doesn't matter to me if it's on a motherboard integrated or PCI, I'm just wondering.
Thanks for any input.
