Hey all need some feed back.

I am looking at paralleling my loop between the CPU and my tri-sli when I get my GPU waterblocks this week. I am eventually planning to get another radiator, but not right now.

My thoughts were that CPU>GPU>GPU>GPU was going to end up with a lot of hot water by the third card and be pretty inefficient. By keeping them parallel I am assuming the cards would get a better cooling.

I am not that worried about preassure drop as I am using the alphacool1510 and I can crank that up on very high on preassure, and I am running a PA120.3 radiator.

Any other thoughts?

CPU + Tri SLI on 1 120.3? I'd say you'd be smart getting a 2nd rad.

[edit] Heh missed the part about you getting one later ;).... I'd say get one sooner in that case, I think you'll have problems heat wise, parallel or not. Have you considered 2 separate loops, 1 for the CPU, another for the GPUs, or even 1 GPU+ CPU then the other 2 GPUs?
 
Put the three GPU's in parallel but keep the CPU in series. I say this because it will be much easier to balance flow that way since the GPU blocks will likely be exactly the same.

Also you will need a bigger radiator/another radiator for sure.
 
I'm planning on getting a PA120.2 Late this month early early next month. Work has me doing a ton of Travel this month - 3 days in AUstin this week, 3 days in Vegas next week and a week in Frisco the week after and they only reemburse me after the trips :mad:

The CPU is going to the PS120.2 w/ the 1900 RPM Scythe Kaze fans.
