By the way, I haven't actually looked to much into this high end of a switch, only know these names from various advertisements (well, I did mess around with Cisco routers when working on my CCNA but that was 3-4 years ago).

Cisco Catalyst 3750G-16T (WS-C3750G-16TD) would work, I think... 16 gige, 1 10gige, I think its 1U.
