Look good?

I'm taking the plunge into building my first computer after reading up extensively about what needs to be done and what the top quality components are.

Figured I would post here and see if I got everything right and didn't forget anything. I can just imagine how painful it would be to order something only to find out when it arrived that it won't work with the other components I bought.
Here's the links and the models for you, this is every single thing that I plan to buy, so let me know if you see something important missing:

Western Digital 80GB 7200RPM SATA Hard Drive, Model WD800JD, OEM Drive only
AMD Athlon XP 3000+ 400MHz FSB Barton core Socket A/462
Corsair Value Select (Dual Pack) 184 Pin 1G(512MBx2) DDR PC-3200 - OEM (want to run in dual channel)
ASUS "A7N8X-E Deluxe" nForce2 Ultra 400 Chipset Motherboard for AMD Socket A CPU
MAXTOP Signature Series Type I Mid Tower Case with 350W Power supply
Optorite IDE/ATAPI 52X32X52 Beige CD-RW Drive
CHAINTECH nVIDIA GeForce FX5900XT Video Card, 128MB DDR, 256-bit, 8X AGP
Speeze "WhisperRock II" CPU Cooler, for AMD/ Intel Socket A/ 370
Standard floppy drive

My main concerns are:
1) Will the CPU fan be good enough, and should I invest in AS thermal paste instead of just going with the one which is distributed with the fan or is it not really necessary?
2) Will the motherboard fit into this case? I'm thinking yes since its standard atx form, but just checking.
3) Is this a good power supply? I referenced the list in the forums for this brand name, but didn't see it.
4) Will it all work? :D

Thanks.

If you're not overclocking and you will have decent airflow throughout the case, I wouldn't worry about a new HSF.

Yes.

No, it's just a cheap generic. For a system like yours, I'd go with a decent 400w from antec or enermax.

Everything should work out alright =)

Also, I'd look into getting a larger hard drive, it's not that much more. And for the best performing 7200 RPM hard drive, look into the Hitachi line (see sig for model, www.storagereview.com for review)

Good luck!
