Hello guys.
Been looking for some infe regarding Long/Short Duration Package Power Limit when it comes to overclocking, but it seems like Gigabyte has renamed therse options.

I have a Gigabyte Z370 AORUS Gaming 7 Intel Z370 motherboard and the options simular to that is these.

So what is what? Did also read that your are to max them out to gain stability without any problems
