logon loader and/or bootskin error

okay i was using bootskin and logon loader, but when I restarted the pc it loaded up with the "classic" windows theme. (so like my start bar looks like win2000)

I went under propertied->appearences but i cannot change this; all the others are not in the drag down box anymore. (i.e. winxp silver, blue, and olive are not there anymore)

how can i fix this? thanks!
