I just saw a set of Z3's at WalMart for $50. Are these speakers worth it? How do they sound? Are they better than the Klipsch ProMedia 2.1's? (That's what I currently own). Thanks in advance.

Probably not. You've got quite a nice set of speakers there.
 
Not a bad deal for those. Yeah, they're not as good as the Klipsch. The Z3 also a bit uneven. The highs are reproduced louder. Have them side by side with yours, and you'll hear what I mean.
 
It wont be a contest. The z3 sub is a closed-design.... and it doesnt reproduce bass as well as the promedia 2.1 does. Do yourself a favor and keep your 2.1s.

Not that the z3 is a bad speaker - they are actually pretty good, especially at that 50$ price point.
