Hello,

I've recently bought the Logitech z-5500 digital speaker set, and while I was trying to show a friend a link to 'em, I noticed something -- apparently there's a set that uses speaker wire for the satelites, and the other hardwires RCA cables

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16836121120 <-- rca

http://www.clubit.com/product_detai...=OTC-Adwords&gclid=CMmJx5Tf6ZACFSBeagodnDl4Vw <--- speaker cable

now, the one I got has the normal speaker wire -- is there any difference between the two besides from that?

Also, since I built a new computer I've been using onboard audio, which I know is ok -- I've vita 64 -- would you guys recommend I stick with that, or should I get a sound card? since I just do general gaming on it and I use the optical cable on my PS3

wireless requires battery obviously, if you can run the cabling im a huge fan of the wireless ones, no batteries =) better sound quality imo

there really is no diffrence, it just makes it more user friendly when setting it up, I have the set with speaker cable, and that crap is a pain in the ass to set up. My friend ordered the user friendly set, yet he still got the speaker wire set.

I know when they first came out they had the rca and then switch to speaker wire. I have to say its better to have the wire since you can get it cheap and run it farther.

If you are gaming i would pick up and audigy x-fi. You will of load it from your cpu and get EAX too.
