Well im in the market for some decent speakers for my comp. Nothing too special. I was just wondering how the X-230 are. Decent? Horrible? This is mainly for music and gaming. Thanks.
 
youd definately be better off w/ a logitech Z-3e series, or, even better, a logitech z-2300 series.
 
I got the Logitech X-230 speakers as a Christmas present. They sound a lot better with music than the Phillips desktop speakers that I was using previously. I don't know about gaming since I use headphones when I game, but it should sound good too.
 
Thanks for the input. I am basically just looking for some gaming speakers, nothing too $$$$ maybe $50 max. I was browsing around price grabber and now im looking at the Z-3e, but what other good brnads are out there?
 
Aside from Logitech, Creative makes some dem fine speakers. Dunno how their 2.1s stack up against the Z-3s though.
