So I have a G600 it recently started to repeat clicks when I single click either the left or right button. I started a support ticket on there website and today they said they where going to replace it.

I'm at work so I have to wait till I'm home to reply as they want a picture of the serial# and such. But my question is, do they do advance replacement? Or do I send my mouse in and then they either repair/replace it and send me one back ?

Trying to decide if I need to grab a cheap mouse on the way home to use for the time being as I've still been using the G600 just dealing with the issue till I got a response from them.

They do not do advance replacement.

Hell I had to contact a supervisor to have them ship me a replacement keycap instead of me shipping them my entire keyboard for a full blown RMA for one broken keycap.... Eventually they agreed that was stupid and just shipped me a keycap.

When I got an RMA for my G7 a few years ago, they asked for the serial number, etc and told me to keep it.

A few days later a brand new G9 showed up on my doorstep.

Man I've seen/read so many mixed posts on there process. Guess I'll fill out the info tonight and see what they say.

Same thing, I had a mouse that was past warranty but came with a computer that wasn't as old, and I managed to get a new mouse sent out and was told to toss the old one.

I've warrantied a bunch of mice and keyboards with Logitech over the years, the only time I had to send in anything to them was my Performance MX and my original G15's.
Everything else was replaced free of charge and was told to dispose of the broken items myself.

I've had great experiences with their support over the years that I always buy Logitech mice and keyboards.
I had a mouse way out of warranty, called them up and asked if there was anything they could do, they said they can't do anything about the mouse I had, but they offered me a 50% coupon code to purchase a new mouse from them. I bought the then new G700 for $50.

I had good experiences with them in the past. However my experience with the G710+ has been atrocious.

Thanks again makes me a little more at ease. Though I went ahead and ordered a cheap $10 mouse off amazon to have as a backup anyway.

I had the same experience when RMAing a g700s mouse that started unwanted double clicking.
They shipped the replacement and never asked for the old mouse. I threw it in a drawer and some day I will replace the switches.

you just need to clean and retention the little spring in the switch. Try not to pop it off of the switch as it is a pain in the ass to get it back on since it is so tiny.
Did it to my G700's, MX1000, and MX Revolution. I fix them after I get the replacement and use them as spares.

Was getting a response daily at first. Then they asked for the receipt/invoice and/or SN/PID for the mouse. Gave them all the info they asked for and haven't had a response in awhile. Hoping they respond today at some point.

Oh, make sure you give them all that through the tech support web page and NOT by replying to the emails they send, they are a blackhole. When I did my RMA nothing happened until I posted on their tech support page.

Got an email last night finally saying the RMA was approved and I'd get an email with the tracking # once the replacement was shipped.
