My previous Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer Optical allowed me to use the middle wheel as a click command and Mozilla Firefox let's you use that to open an internet link in a new tabbed window. This feature is invaluable to me when browsing the web.
I installed my new Logitech MX1000 today and none of the buttons worked in Firefox. I have already found a fix for making the "Forward" and "Back" buttons work, but I havn't found a fix for making the middle wheel click work like any regular middle wheel click.
Does anyone know how to do this or can you find someone else who has? (I just googled, but fellow MX1000 owners might have better luck that I)
