It took me a while to get used to the mx500 too. I still have a problem right clicking by accident which can cause all kinds of havoc. Don't think they sell them anymore though. Can probably find one on Ebay. Your mouse feet didn't fall off? I know mine did.

hah well ive had several dualopticals in the past and yes some of them had their feet fall of, but the one i have now the feet are almost none existant and have dug valleys into my ratpad, its all just a mess. I would love to get an mx700 but i just cant see myself gaming on a cordless and its so heavy.. so i think i'll just wait till the blue mx510 comes around and pick that up and just force myself to get used to it :(

thx

I got mine from there. The mousefeet fell off but not like it makes a difference to me. Infact its better without them

Best. Mouse. Ever.

Never had a better fitting mouse or a more precise mouse. I dont see how one optical instead of dual could be better but whatever. This is perfection for me.

justdeals has this on the page for the logitech mouseman:

This item is factory recertified and comes with JustDeals.com's 30-day warranty in a non-retail box.

I've had much experience with "recertified" or "reconditioned" hardware, and it's almost always not as good as brand new.. I might as well keep using the one i have now instead of buying that.. thanks though
