Hello,
I have the keyboard that comes with the Logitech MX700+keyboard wireless package. I think it is the Logitech Elite Wireless or something. Lately though, I have been having an annoying issue with the keyboard. At random times, the "Enter" key will just stop working . Then, later on, again at a random time, it will start working again. Any reason why this is happening? Help is greatly appreciated! By the way, I don't have the Logitech software installed on my computer because it gave my computer issues

i would agree, my logitech elite duo keyboard (xact same as yours) starts acting up just like how u xplained only when i need new batteries.
If that doesnt work... try installing the latest drivers from logitech.
:D

sorry, i just read "u cant get your software to work", what OS do you have? id say download all the "OS" updates (depending which operating system) and do a google search for logitech patches for your "OS", and u might be able to get what you need.

"but still think its the batteries"
