Is there any way to manually add entries to the Media button's listing? (Media Center)

No... iTouch is the keyboard software.

I am talking about the media key on the top center of logitech keyboards.
 
I also had a logitech keyboard and wanted to program the buttons to do different things, but I didn't ever figure it out. That was a few years ago, so maybe there has been a change with what you can do, but I don't think there is
